Job description
SUMMARY: Responsibilities included handling of delinquent or active accounts, working with clients to ensure all activities associated with the account are current and updated. Provide skip tracing for repossession of vehicles, order repossessions for delinquency accounts, collection techniques for payoff and recoveries of vehicle, provide resources for debt resolution.

Required Education and Experience: Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree but do require a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 or more years of related experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Knowledge of collection industry helpful. A minimum of three years of experience and knowledge of skip tracing technology (Accurint, Lexus Nexus, TLO, CLEAR) preferred.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is occasionally required to sit and stand for extended periods; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
